Well the U.S. Government is starting it's shit again...
First SOPA, PIPA, NDAA, ACTA, and now... H.R. 347.
obviously spurred on by the thousands of Occupy Movements worldwide, Congress passed H.R. 347, 488 - 3, which in a nutshell states that "You can not protest the federal government". What the bill says itself is "...around government and secret service buildings or places deemed inappropriate". The reasons given was, "It may disrupt government activity..."
I honestly don't have much words for this, it is just so... awful.

What's next, required brain scan technology to make it a felony to think bad things about the government? Oops, shouldn't have said that! Well, I doubt government officials would care to casually browse the forums of a site dedicated to a children's video game. They have more important Nero-ish things to do.
Congress would rather rape the first amendment than actually do anything to solve problems. They are so goin' to hell. They'd better get ready for a huge wave of lawsuits that would not fit inside the universe.

I think they are trying everything only to protect themselves, those federals and politicans.

Let's be realistic here, if you were protesting in front of a government building, such as a Hospital/Fire Brigade/Police station, then you'd be putting lives at risk.

I'm pretty sure "government building" is defined as "the Senate, the White House, and other locations where politicans are likely to be" in this context. Banning large crowds in front of hospitals and other public service institutions makes sense to me, but I'm pretty sure nobody is going to die if Congress gets blocked for a day or two.

It's already illegal to protest in Australia without permission from the appropriate government body beforehand and we're able to influence our government without the need of disrupting the public. I'm sure if the issue was serious enough and thousands upon thousands protesters gathered they wouldn't be able to break it apart, but if it's just a small group for a relatively minor reason then I don't see why they shouldn't have the right.

If we have the the right to be in the area, and we have the right to assemble together, and we have the right to say what we think and we have the right to associate with who we please, the right to protest in that area is a given. They aren't making it illegal to be in that area, that would be fine, they are making it illegal to be in that area if you are practicing your rights.
tl;dr No.

No.
Due to recent laws, the crossed out lines mean, "no longer the case..."
The US Bill of rights:
(1)Freedom of Speech, Press, Religion and Petition; the right to assemble
(2)Right to keep and bear arms
(3)Conditions for quarters of soldiers
(4)Right of search and seizure regulated
(5)Provisons concerning prosecution
(6)Right to a speedy trial, witnesses, etc.
(7)Right to a trial by jury
(8)No Excessive bail or cruel punishment
(9)Rule of construction of Constitution
(10)Rights of the States under Constitution
To make matters worse, laws at all, have to be consulted with the people first. The fact that they didn't let anyone know, (about any of these bills) shows corruption. These have all been passed in the last year, as well.

I had no idea guns were banned in the U.S.
In fact, all of those lines are incorrect. We have all of those rights in a very strong form today.
I agree with all but the last clause: "places deemed inappropriate." Who decides what is "inappropriate?" That language is ambiguous for a very good reason, that being stopping public protests in areas just because they are inconvenient (that is sort of the point).
I.E. Occupy gets shut down because parks are "inappropriate."

Well, to be honest they are banned in some states, but I guess that isn't a federal thing. However, we do not have all those things in a very strong form.
The NDAA states that Police, CIA/FBI agents can indefinitely detain U.S. Citizens without trial, if suspected of terrorism... it also states that they can torture you.
(Numbers: 5, 6, 7, and 8)
A bill was passed recently that FBI, CIA and Police Officers can enter your house without warrant if they suspect illegal activity is taking place (all on their own). (Number 4)
I'm pretty sure that this bill was the "Patriot Act".
As far as the 1st one goes(The press); it is illegal to record or film a police officer or Federal Agent. (So reporters couldn't film officers beating people...) There's been so many bills recently I can't remember the name. If I find it I'll post it immediately.
Edit: Here's A famous video from a year ago.(It's illegal in all states now though...)
H.R. 347 - self-explanatory
Not to mention: SOPA/PIPA/ACTA
and, I don't know why I striked number 10, I was in a hurry, my bad.
