Tip: The "No More Sprite Tile Limits" patch does NOT increase the limit for the amount of sprites onscreen at once.
Minor problem with a BlockTool block...

(Random thing first off, I didn't mean to disappear for as long as I did, been having some life problems recently, so haven't had time to check)

I've been working on my hack on and off for a while, so for the most part my ASM knowledge has been dropping (not that it was high in the first place, but). As a result, I'm not sure what to do about this.

Anyways, problem is - I've used BlockTool (old version, cause I'm both an idiot and stubborn) to add several blocks to my hack. They all work perfectly fine save for a graphic problem on one.

Specifically, the custom "?" block that gives the player a reserve springboard. The springboard doesn't appear correctly in the reserve box, appearing as half a goomba on each side (screenshot). The spring itself works fine, and appears properly when it's used.

I'm sorry if this is a question that's been asked before or something along those lines, I've been searching for a little while and haven't really found much.
The item box is only coded to handle - iirc - four objects: mushroom, flower, cape and star. The rest will show up as random tiles. There's a patch (forgot the exact name) to correct this and add support for more sprites to show up properly.

Edit:

Item Box Gfx Fix

Ohhh, okay. Bah, I should've checked the Patches section beforehand. #w{=P}

Thanks!
You still can't fix the spring board graphics even with that patch though, because the item box can only display four adjacent tiles and the spring board just flips the same tile. It would be cool if someone could modify the patch to allow you to specify all four 8x8 tiles individually and how they're flipped for select sprites, but I'm not sure if that's possible.
