Seriously, My father pretty much lived on a school, he only got excelent grades, he is 50 years old and his IQ number is 120. You mean only no lifer nerds could use the internet, then?
Anyway, I don't think I would wipe anything, because, think of that:
Let's say I'd snipe Rainbow Dash head off. Yay! I am happy for life and made 30% of the internet happy! But what about the other 70%?
What will they think?

It would only be knocking about 60% of the internet, actually. IQ is not an objective measurement. It is an average. 100 IQ is perfectly normal; 115 is slightly above.
If everyone everywhere were to get smarter at an even rate, their IQ would not raise. IQ is a comparison against the whole.

Actually the ponies are purple, orange, yellow, gray, blue, plum, brown, white, red, and green as well as pink.
