OH GOD, How could I forget about that? I enter the Shadow Temple as a kid, and emerged a man... and a hint of whimpering little girl. Also those shadows on the ceiling... brrr, they still give me the chills :,(
I must of just have been repressing those memories lol.

-That demon piano in Super Mario 64. *shiver*
-When I was about seven, Paper Mario's Dry Dry Pyramid and Forever Forest had me petrified with fear. I don't really remember why but my mom says Forever Forest's music was what did it.
I'm sure there's more, but those just really stuck out as childhood things. Except Amnesia, that still applies.

Everytime...
Another one of the things that scared me as a kid was the Haybot boss in Conker's Bad Fur Day. If I ended up fighting him I would just erase the file and restart the whole game. Good times, I tell ya.

Well, when younger, I used to watch my brother playing Resident Evil 2. I have to say that this particular scene, and why not, this particular creature have scaried me a lot. Just the sounds that this thing makes is really terrifying.

Giygas. That's kind of a given... although, I only discovered him a few years ago... when I was about 18 or 17... so not that long ago. Yet, I still nearly crapped myself.
That creepy ass mirror from Silent Hill 3. If you've played it, you know what room I'm talking about.
The giant Eileen head from Silent Hill 4 also creeped me out... those eyes rolling around in her eye sockets... just... ugh... no thank you. Safe to say, I never went in that room again.
Pretty much ANY creepypasta based off of a game... well... creepypasta in general. I have had the hardest time falling to sleep after reading some of that. I blame you Lost Silver and Haunted Majora's Mask...
The Redeads and the Shadow Temple from Ocarina of Time... I still find myself dreading entering that place, even though I'm 20. And while we're at it, let's throw the bottom of the well into the mix... and the well from Ikana Canyon in Majora's Mask... just... ALL of Ikana Canyon was nightmare fuel to the max.
Edit: How the hell did I forget fake Andross from Star Fox 64? That thing was just... creepy. Hell, I used to think that WAS Andross... I only learned that it was a fake, like, last year, thanks to videos on YouTube.

@NeverendingTwilight "Ikana" believe it. Although, the Redeads do something funny when you put on any scary mask (like a Captain's Hat). One does the Ballerina Twirl, another does the Breaststroke Dance, and my favorite, one does a Russian Folk Dance. The Russian Redead goes like "Moscow! Moscow! I don't know the freaking words! I don't know the freaking words! Hahahahaha, hey! Moscow! Moscow! I don't know the freaking words! I don't know the freaking words! Hahahahaha, hey!" That was laughably scary.

1. Hades's voice in Kid Icarus: Uprising.
He sounds gay.
2. The random appearance of Beady Long-legs in the Final Trial on Challenge Mode of Pikmin. I nearly had an accident in my pants.
3. Super Mario Bros. The entire game. Joking.
4. Tails's voice acting in Sonic games. It scares me that they really couldn't find anyone better to do the voice acting.
5. Sonic Next Gen. The bestiality at the end.
6. The dead Pokemon tower thingamabob in Pokemon FireRed. That place gives me the heebie-jeebies.
7. The graphics for the Great Fairy in the N64 Zelda games.
8. Super Mario Bros 2: The Lost Levels. That is some hard, crazy ass sh!t.
9. The chandelier in the foyer of Luigi's Mansion. When it came down, I nearly pissed myself.
10. Paper Mario 2. The game screaming at you for choosing the wrong path in the Palace of Shadow, in the room with the Choose-a-Path thing.
