I remember last year on the No Limits website (for those of you who don't know, No Limits is a realistic roller coaster simulation program), Ole (the creator of No Limits) had posted a fake update for version 2.0 of No Limits claiming that he was now turning it into a zombie shooting survival horror game as opposed to just a simulation. Killing zombies while riding roller coasters will unlock more weapons and more rides.
The fake update still exists.
My sister was telling me there's also the thing that Bulbagarden is doing, claiming it's no longer a Pokemon site.

One time, someone on Youtube posted that Pokemon Grey was coming out. I was excited, but then I saw that it was April Fools.
I went and cried to my mommy

I remember in about 2008-2009 (maybe 2007; I really don't know...), that youtube re-directed every youtube video to the "rickroll" video. Or something like that. Then afterwards the next year, they made a "Watch in old-fashioned-esque" button that made the video you were watching look like a 1920's show. (Black and white; no sound except ragtime music)

I don't know if it counts but adblock replaced ads with pictures of cats today.

Also youtube made it's text videos thing a while ago and it was pretty awesome to see.

xkcd has a new comic or rather dozens from which one is chosen depending on your browser, OS, referring site, and ISP/location. Since it's not practical to get some some of the most obscure one's by yourself, here's the official thread.

Last year, SMFExtraforums, where I go to chat with other people who play the online game Super Mario Flash, words such as "is" and "this" are replaced with "Rebecca Black" and "Friday".
Example:
This hot dog is delicious. > Friday hot dog Rebecca Black delicious.
Then this year on the same forum was where usernames were replaced with random words.

Last year, the developer of Flag Counter gave everyone a "Pirate" flag on their counters. When I first saw it, I thought my counter had been hacked, then I remembered what day it was...
