OK, I am getting sick and tired of this happening. Quite often, actually, when I close ZSNES, it doesn't close the program and instead opens many ZSNES windows and processes. This is extremely infuriating since closing the windows doesn't close the processes and you have to end all of them individually in Task Manager. Is there a fix for this extremely annoying bug? It's really starting to get on my nerves.

You can always try using snes9x or bsnes. ZSNES's description even states "A rather buggy and outdated emulator used to play SNES games.".
I have no idea see what i did there what the cause is of your problem. If you really dont want to switch out your shit emulator for another one, try just redownloading it.

Should be easy to correct.
If you close the zsnes window improperly and the game music is still going on.
Open up task manager, check all processes and look for zsnes.exe and see if the process is at 10% and fluctating up and down.
Highlight it and select end process for the program if the sound cuts off zsnes is closed.
Its been that way since vista days, no telling whats wrong but it might be a compatibility issues at times, since zsnes is in a different format of cmd dos script and going through different os over the past 14 years.
