But the marked notes wont be played (alle the higher ones , even not the unmarked higher ones)

Those are chords. Tinymm does not read them, you'll have to manually split them or read and write down each note one at a time.

Port them by MIDI but without that tool.
Open MIDI in a MIDI editing program (I reccomend FL Studio)
Look at the notes
Start writing them in notepad.

For example:
#0 @13
c8c8c8c8d8d8d8d8c8c8c8c8

#1 @1
r2c8c8c8c8d8d8d8d8

#2 @4
r1c+8c+8c+8c+8

EDIT: I forgot to use loop brackets instead of single note looping :\
