Why not putting spaces after each hex command? Also keeping txts well organized can help a lot when finding problems...
Anyway, judging from the txt, seems like you're enabling echo without doing the v0c8/ thinghy.
Though, if that doesn't help, try to insert each channel individually to isolate the cause of your problem (don't forget to keep #0, or else the song won't insert).
Then, this might be irrilevant, but channel #7 can be shrunk easily uploading your instruments to ARAM (no need to redefine $e5 all over the place, doing that).
