Good we've one more day for the C3. I'll have more time to check every single thread and reply where I can, but as it's on 4th, I probably won't can create my one as 1000th post :V

It seems I'll be echoing what System wrote. No gimmicks are really needed, the main interest should come from the actual content in the threads.

Yeah, I can see how "Consider this my official resignation from SMW Central." and "I hope that I never see any of you ever again." would be ambiguous.

I vote to remove Chester from office and to put System in charge. He clearly is the one who has all of the ideas - enough to attack Chester for his - so he should be the one running C3 this year.

Anyways, C3 on Friday. Nice, I guess I'll be able to release some of my graphics then; H&SB2 graphics. I've been wondering when the next C3 will/would be, and now I know. Thanks for the heads up Chester.

That whole quote of mine was pertaining to the joke; otherwise, I wouldn't have said "I refuse to participate." Nobody really can tell when I'm not being serious, maybe it's because I never post in WoI, or maybe it's because I barely joke to begin with.??? Damnit, I need to be less serious from now on.

Even though System is coming off as a jerk in here, I think he does have a point on the whole theme thing - depending on how big they are (such as the one we had for the last C3, involving superheroes IIRC), they might end up stealing all the attention that would otherwise be directed to the actual content, which kind of sucks since C3 is obviously more about the latter than the former.
That doesn't mean I am completely against going with a theme for this C3, though. It can be done as long as it doesn't become the definite main attraction of the event.

I like how quickly this went from let's discuss C3 to System's v. Chester general.
I suppose now's the best time to start on the project I've been holding off on for the last year. Little progress shown is better than no progress shown after all.

The last thing I would have expected was system vs. chester. :V
Also whether previous C3s were good or not doesn't have much to do with the theme. It has to do with what was presented during them.
