I'm MChabez, a 22 years old, Hungarian-speaking guy from Serbia. You can refer to me as 'mch'.

I started playing the Mario series since I was 8 or 9 years old. I had a Fami-clone with various games, including SMB1 and 3. Its controllers broke when I was 11, and my interest slowly dwindled, until a friend of mine told me about how he could run a PlayStation game (I forget which) on his PC. He told me also that one of his acquaitances succeeded. I was like 'oh wow, that guy either has a strong computer or bluffing'. I was wrong.

And that's when I discovered a little something called 'emulators'.

After failing with a 68k Mac emu (what was I thinking?) and a Genesis emu, I managed to run Mario 3 (in Jnes, i think) in 2002. Later on, I started looking up various websites related to emulation, namely Zophar's Domain, Acmlm's board and so on. That's how I was introduced to ZSNES, Snes9x, SMW and romhacking as well.

The first romhacks I ever played was Mario Adventure (for Mario 3) and Super Demo World: The Legend Continues. They were amazing for the time (TLC still is, MA not so much). Over time my interest for Mario romhacks died down (due to grammar school and college), as I checked out other emulators and games. (I still have a GB emu on an old Nokia 3650 of mine.)

I was "lurking" SMWC since the middle of 2011, and checked out some hacks on this site. Mario World hacking evolved a lot since 2005.
Also there are lots of genuinely good hacks, that I enjoy a lot.

Thus I decided to pop in and say hello.
Hey there! Seems you like to play hacks, and before the hacks section there's also the full releases forum. And as you're hungarian, you can check this forum, I'm pretty sure there's a thread in your language.

Enjoy your stay!

Welcome to SMWC. Pretty much what BMO said, so, enjoy your stay here!
Heya, MCH! You seem like a good user already. Most people start with lurking and some end up with joining, which is a really good thing. Hope to see you enjoy the hacks here. So yeah, enjoy your stay and feel free to ask any questions! :3

That influnced me to make my own (as you can see my Userbar of my Hack lol)
