F-Zero - Port Town will always have a special place in my heart. I can think of a few really good SNES songs, but I always loved listening to this one mid-race.

FF6 - Fierce Battle

A runner up would be FF5's fierce battle. I like songs that switch between styles mid song, and do it well.

Geez, talk about a difficult choice to make. The SNES has hosted so many games with so many memorable songs, it's difficult to choose. However, I must discard my sentiment for every game that I have to make this choice, and I must submit the theme of Secret of Mana as my favorite. It has about ten thousand other songs running in at a close second, but there's my choice.
