Just wondering... are joke hacks allowed in the Hacks section? Or do I have to post them in the forums only (or never)?

No.
You may post them in WIP, and in Full Releases when done. Just DON'T submit them to the hacks section.

if it's a well done joke hack, then it should be ok to submit.
otherwise, keep it to yourself

Well, it's a half-joke hack. I was intending to see what I could do with... f-f-f-FLOATING MUNCHERS! (gasp!)

Well, IMO I don't like joke hacks anyway, unless it's WELL made.
Otherwise, it isn't funny for me.

I'd also like to note that ChaosCompleXX was the first proper joke hack and that a fair amount of effort was put into it, believe it or not.
