And the edit bar is glitchy. (yeah, I changed it, but still broken)

If you remove you "Location:" and avatar in Edit Profile this problem won't appear anymore. That'll also make you look like a better person. So that's a win-win solution!
Optionally you could change the weird "height: 100%;" in your layout code to something like "min-height: 260px;".
