As the title says, how do you delete an user on Windows 7?
My father's computer died some months ago, and while he was trying to find a new one, he made an ADMIN user. Why does it bothers me? 2 reasons:
1. <--- IT WAS AT 15GB BEFORE.
2. It takes over 10x more than it took to start/ shut off the damn thing.
I tried to find tutorials, but the Brazilian Google didn't helped, and I don't know if it is safe, my father HAD to make it the admin for a God-forsaken reason...

If you have an admin, you can demote them to regular user or delete them through either the Users control panel or alternatively, the Users Management Console.

The problem is, that user IS! the admin!

Yes, it's (supposed to be) impossible to remove or demote the last admin.
But does anything stop you from making someone else admin, and then removing the original admin?

So, I enter the admin acount, turn my acount into admin, then log into my acount again, then I demote the last admin to normal user, THEN I delete him?

It won't do any harm to demote him, but I don't think it's neccessary either.
Otherwise, it seems correct.

As the administrator:
1. Go to Manage Accounts
2. click your account
3. "Change the account type"
4. pick Standard/Admin
5. click "change account type"

Great, now I am an admin, but...

There is no option to delete OR demote the bastard! But if I click at mine...

It has all these options! What did I do wrong?
Yess, I logged out of the Admin Account

If he's using Windows' default admin (Administrator) account, you're screwed; the best course of action is to clean up the HD's files and make a new regular user for him.
