Hey guys. I tried to change the item spawned by a yellow koopa to a key.
I jumped on the yellow koopa and a key appeared ............ it had wings and flew away - later it came down and hurt me.
So i tried to change the item spawned by the Coin game cloud to a Key after collecting its coins.
I collected the coins and a key appeared ... It also had wings,flew and hurt me - how to fix that ?

You probably shouldn’t waste much more time. You wouldn’t want all those nice depleted steak isotopes to settle down.

That's what the key does in its normal state (08). To get it to behave like it should, it needs to be spawned in its stunned state (09).

Easy. Just open a hex editor like Translhextion, open your rom, press ctrl+g and type:
x9977
There you change the 08 to 09. I tested it and it works!
