AFAIK .NET Framework is backwards compatible, so it's best to just use the latest version since upcoming tools will probably use the latest version of .NET.
Well I will use huflungduu's anyway,and I have deepfreeze in my computer and I am a litte lazy to install that thing.

EDIT:Even in the palette editor Clawgrips palette won't change.In 8x8 tile editor it changes but when I play that level it doesn't change.
What to do?

Are you editing the right palette? Yes, you can switch the palette in the 8x8 editor, but that doesn't mean that you are actually changing the palette of the graphics; it's just so that you can see them correctly no matter which palette they use.
I openend the 8x8 tile editor and the palette editor,and when I added some colors in palette editor in 8x8 tile ditor changes and I saved it.But in the game it's the same weird palette.What's going on?
Again, you aren't editing the right palette. Check which palette the sprite uses (if you can't identify it ingame, use the .cfg editor); that's the one you want to edit.
What is the cfg editor?Should I download another thing?NOOOOOOOOo.
It comes included with Spritetool.
How do I use it?

EDIT:In readname says that changing clawgrips palette via cfg editor wont work.

The cfg editor isn't necessary. All you have to do is change the palette! Now I will show to you clever!!

Ok, follow my example. I want to edit the palette of my Dark Mario. I want to choose the right colours, so I open the 8x8 tile editor.

In the beginning you should have this. Use the UP arrow and the DOWN arrow to scroll between the pages. Scroll down until you see your Clawgrip.
In my example I scroll down and I find the Dark Mario tiles.

I found it!...but it doesn't looks like the one in-game. You have to remember the colours of your Clawgrip in-game. Scroll the palette colours with PagUP and PagDOWN on your keyboard.
In-game, my Dark Mario looks like this:

When scrolling between palettes, you will see a number in the bottom, like 0x(number). My Dark Mario have the palette 0x8, so I have to edit the 9th row of the palette. To not get confused, here's a table with the palette:

So, if you founded how coloured is the Clawgrip, see the number in the bottom. If is 0xF, you have to edit the last row of the palette set.

Whew! That's it, the best I can do...hope you will figure out!#w{=P}

I discovered a problem with clawgrip:

Those rocks that he throws,when Mario rides them and at the end of the screen Mario dies.What should I do now?
Well, as far as I know, there's nothing you can do. Maybe you should PM the creator of the boss, it may be a coding problem.

Apart this, I saw from your image that you don't have a wall in the left...try putting a wall, maybe this will fix this glitch...#w{=D}
It's a problem with the rock sprite. It's based on a sprite from Super Mario TKO (available with the hack download) and I don't think it was coded properly then either, so it kills you if you're standing on it in a certain way and hit the wall. I don't think dahnamics knows how to fix it either, and he's the one who coded the boss.
So there's no way to prevent this?

And yes dahnamics says that he does not know how to fix this.

Couldn't you just block off the left side off the level entirely? That way you'd never run into the glitch.

General tip: if you can't find an explicit solution to a problem, try looking for a workaround instead.

I have tried that with adding a wall in the left side.But still mario dies.

Gold suggestion.
In my opinion, you can try to add one screen more. Two screens in total, put the clawgrip in the right, so the error may be avoided.#w{=D}
I have done now the clawgrip problem now to other problems:

Example coins,fireflower,blocks when I change the palette in some levels their palette is very weird example fireflower is black and coins dark green and so.What should I do?
