say I what to use the scale platforms in a normal level is there anyway to make so it won't glitch up?
Only way I can think of is making the sprite process offscreen with Tweaker, although that would limit the number of sprites you'd be able to use in the level quite a bit.

EDIT: Or you could replace its graphics with generic floating platforms and get rid of the mushroom stem tiles entirely.

after testing the tweaker idea I found out that even that didn't fix it I guess I will have to play around with your second idea

They were virtually trying to squeeze the game onto a NES cart weren't they. If you look at that one unused level; not visible in LM but the scale platforms were originally meant to be paired up sprites instead of a single one with two platforms.
