About custom sprite palettes [SOLVED!]

Well, I inserted the 'Rocket' sprite to my game but it uses a custom palette (of course).

The sprite palette worked well, but my only doubt is about the color of the back area color of the level. The level is in the Galaxy, so the background must be black, not beige (as the default Back area color '1'). I would like to change the back area color to black (as the default Back area color '3') and the BG palette to '6' (white).

See the images:

1. Without the custom palette of 'Rocket' sprite:

2. With the custom palette of 'Rocket' sprite:

How may I change the back area and BG palettes while with a custom palette? Is it possible? If not, what tool should I use to edit this custom palette and change those?

Greetings!

Under Level Header Settings there is a "Back area color". Change that to black.
Just copy it from another level
ctrl-alt-click row F.
uncheck custom palette, it's OK to discard, because you have the modified row in your clipboard.
change the bg palette in the dropdown box, check custom, and repaste your copied palette in row F.
Thanks to everyone!
Also note that you can click the "Back Area Color" square to change it to whatever colour you want, just like with the rest of the palette; you don't need to rely on the dropdown boxes. (although doing this without a custom palette enabled will change the background colour of every other level that uses the same back area colour index)
