You can check in the Hacks section for [GFX Hack]s. Here's the most famous of all of them: http://www.smwcentral.net/?p=showhack&id=1026

Patch it to a clean ROM with Lunar IPS (check in the tools section), open it with Lunar Magic and all the graphics and palettes will now be changed. Start your hack from that base.

Google it or look for something in the tutorials section/forum. It really isn't that hard.
