I see "Ice on" and "Ice off" custom blocks; which I don't want...but not just a "slippery ice block"...
Is there such a one? and if there is, can someone give me the download link?

An ice block, as in one you can melt? There's already one like that in Blocktool. It also comes with a coin inside, and a Muncher, like in SMB3.

No, (s)he's asking for a block that will make Mario slip around as long as he's standing on it and he'll regain traction when he stands on any other ground.
Interestingly enough, I'm looking for the same block as well.

yea would be a good thang to have, hmm...
Well what you'd need would be a block that checks the 'slipplery' flag only when mario's in contact with it and unchecks it when he's not. If i could do it i would, but it shouldn't take too long to do i guess...
Ask someone with ASM skittles, i'm sure they could cook one up in no time.

Put blocks that turn on the slippery flag above the "ice" blocks and put blocks that turn off the slippery flag above the normal blocks.

I'll tell you what "That" mean.
"That" mean that Blocktool has the option, specifically named "Ice Block On" and "Ice Block Off" (Which are the only current options to gaining Icy floors) that can be used to create the ice floor option that D4RK M4RIO is looking for.
Happy?

Those aren't the blocks he wants, but there's an alternative way though : make the blocks that must be slippy use this Ice On block, while the other use the Ice Off Block.

Didn't see what you posted before the edit, you have such a block I assume?
I don't want to go through the hassle of "on and off" ice blocks, which could be a big pain. But if its the only way

Yeah Sagittaire, if you read the rest of the thread then you'd notice that those blocks were already mentioned.
And 'that' was reason i was like wtf. Fair enough?
Anyway, it seems lady bow has already done it
I'm sure lady bow is close.
Joe13, yea that'd work. In fact it's prob better than my idea...

I had the download link there, I submitted it but realized that the whole level is slippery if you step of the block. Smallhacker is going to delete it so don't matter.

Hmmm, What Joe said is what I was going to do but thought it would be a pain XD, guess I'll have to do it though.

Does it need to be a long level with many details?

Yah, it's a long level xD. But if its what I have to do it will be done . I'll just stick with this for now, thanks all.

Yea DM, unfortunately, most of the blocks provided within the program already took a while for Jonwil to decode, and was probably the farthest he could get with it. If there was an easier way, I'm sure someone else would have found it. Until then, try and work the on/off triggers. Although it seems like a hassle, once you get used to using most of the block setups, it wont seem so bad.Good luck with that man.

Well, there is a block that lets you not slip in a slippery level that comes with slippery and non-slippery blocks.
