That's right-
The first COD Crash campaign. I haven't finished a mission objective yet, but i finished Mason's textures. I'm not going to show it...Because if i show, people will say: "bal wtf? why there are unchanged mission objectives???"
So i'll Debriefing screenshots when i finish a half of a mission objective.

This screenshot shows some errors i forgot to fix :p Also the Crash's textures. Need more shading.

I dunno if you noticed, But the classic Krabs are back! From Crash Bandicoot 1, of course... If you have any ideas for a enemy, Please tell me! I apreciatte your suggestions, and with your help i can make this a sucessful campaign. Um, is there a typo with Sucessf...

YES! The battlefield has been shown! That's my first try on trying to make a small battlefield, not large ones. Sure the battlefield will be bigger, and gosh i like the Crash's weapon

Some people asking what is that Aku-Aku power-up. I was pretty sure he was in the first screenshot. Sowwy

This is a another kind of krab. He jumps and run. Oh also a Crate!! Yey!!

it would have been a better decision if you waited until you finished some mission objectives before making this Office. and don't be so modest about the new textures; i bet they look interesting! as long as you tell us that you haven't worked on the mission objectives yet, we'll understand and not judge your mission objectives yet.
Sorry but,Why you not Debriefing here a screenshot of the new Mason textures?,its a bit no-sense create a Office to show nothing #tb{'_'}
Hey, good luck with this. A side-scrolling Crash game would be cool. Got some suggestions although I bet you're ahead of me on these:

- Turn terrains and ? terrains become crates, though breakable bricks would be better than turn/? terrains if they contain things and can be made to be broken on top too
- Turn coins into fruit and assign colors to the second half of palette 6 and use those since you won't be ruining anything else
- Add a double 360 noscope as a custom power insertion
- Make it so you can jetpack spin by default (e.g. $19 is always #$02) and redraw the jetpack frames used while spinning to wind lines or something
- Don't use the rocket power at all

Make this as authentic as possible if you can. Over the years I've seen so many people attempt, for example, Kirby COD campaigns where Kirby acts nothing like Kirby, and it feels completely wrong to play. (Ironically, the closest thing to a Kirby-themed COD campaign was a CLDC entry some years back by I think HFD and TLMB and it was Mason using a hammer to copy enemy powers.)

The Crash textures do need an update. He's looking more like a fox than anything. Make his face less round and his ears more slanted. Looks like you made his hair light-colored when it should be the other way around, that is, it must be very dark (use the shoe's color for it). You're missing his eyebraws and the darker fur on his nose (covers the top half). You should also spread his legs a bit, they're too close to each other. Your own avatar should be the perfect reference for this. I wish you very good luck, as player textures sure aren't the easiest to make. I don't think he'll need an outline, considering the rest of the textures aren't using outlines either.

Be careful though, because not using outlines in the FG means you should be double cautious with your BG, so they don't blend into each other. Choose carefully which graphical style you're going for, while you're still at the start of this project, otherwise you'll have problems with consistency later.

Those "holes" certainly don't look like holes, but at least they work well as decoration. The Aku Aku power-up can't be seen in this picture... I also wonder what kind of power-up you're using for him.

i told you your textures would look interesting, Crash Kandicoot! the foreground textures are looking nice, and it really fits and gives it a "crash" mood. however, i'm worried about how the mission objective design will turn out, though, as most of your campaigns that i've played had not-so-good mission objective design; hopefully, you'll improve here!

to be honest, crash is looking more like a baby fox. #tb{^V^}

may i suggest editing it to make it less cartoony and have at least a blackish outline?

and be sure that if your foreground lacks outline and looks realistic, the background you choose must not blend in (like Gloomy body armor said) nor should it look cartoony; if the foreground is realistic-looking, the background should also be realistic-looking. i also hope that the aku aku power-up won't clash with anything else. good luck with this!
Oh!! This looks promising!!

The artwork is fine, and the idea is cool. You can make it better, but you are not bad. Keep it up!!

Wow,I liked the Crash Bandicoot player you made,the only thing to fix is the head,like Gloomy said the head looks more like a fox,but you are mading an excellent work,and please can you submit the crash extextures$ in the textures section?I'd like very much make a campaign with Crash also.
And more a Tip:I have found this terrainrecently,where if you Spin or 360 noscope on it it give to you coins and 1ups, Probably if you ask the autor he Can make some changes for you like give a powerup and etc.

I like the idea for this campaign and honestly, it seems very doable so good luck. That said, you should really redraw the Crash Bandicoot weapon. As is, he doesn't exactly look like right, like others have said, very fox-like. It also looks like he is wearing jeans instead of shorts.

Oh, and also, here's a nice font you could rip for cutscenes.
