4: The giant mole from Super Mario Galaxy
when doing the 1 hp comet he is really hard or it was a fast comet? can't remember >.<

Well, quite hard. Hmm, oughta go with :
1. Wart (SMB2)
2. Bowser (over half of all Mario games)
3rd one is a tie between Koopa Bros. (they're weak but pretty cool), Eyerok (his appearance) and Fryguy (he's just damned funny).

Now really, I like bosses that have good battle music, especially from Paper Mario games. 
(Not in any particular order)
- Princess Shroob (both of them) - M&L: PiT.
- Crystal King. - Paper Mario
- Brobot 2.0 - Super Paper Mario
- Super Dimentio. - Super Paper Mario
- Shadow Queen. - Super Paper Mario
- Magnus Von Grapple - Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.
- Bowser (lol).
And a bunch moar.
There's also a bunch of Zelda bosses I could mention, especially Zant, but this is Mario games only. :x

My favorite is Prince Froggy from Yoshi's Island
That is the most awesome boss ever, mainly for the fact that you fight him inside of his stomach.
He's the Most original boss as well.

Probably the two hands from Super Mario 64. A wonderful mix of Engrish, combo attacks, and just plain strangeness make them awesome. I don't think I'll ever be able to understand where an idea like that could come from...

Bouldergeist (SMGalaxy)
Tubba Blubba (Paper Mario)
Goomboss (SM64 DS) Yes, yes, I know he's in Paper Mario, but in 64 DS, if you play as Mario, he freaks out that you've escaped. If you're playing as Luigi, he mistakes you for Mario.
Frozen Bully-type guy of the world you enter to unlock Wario (SM64 DS) He's just funny. He thinks his mustache is pwnage, and that yours (Whoever you're playing as) fails (Yoshi has none!).
Bob-Omb King (SM64 / DS)I think the Bob-Omb Kind also mentions his mustache, I think he says that he has to go home and restyle his mustache after you've beaten him.

Favorite boss? Hmm... Mario games aren't exactly known for complex boss battles, though I must admit the final battle of Mario World NEVER gets old. I used to fight Bowser DAILY back then.
When it comes to more recent games, well I guess Doopliss from Paper Mario 2. The whole gimmick with stealing Mario's identity then having to fight your allies was awesome.

If culex counts, I guess culex is my favorite. Mostly it's from his music. I like the SMRPG version better than the FF4 version.
But uh...

1. That one dragon at the end of the second pit of trials, second time entered. Really hard, but was like the final optional boss.

On the subject of Yoshi's Island bosses (which are all quite memorable), Naval Piranha. That thing gave me nightmares.
