Boom Boom has already been made, so nobody is going to make a new one. He'd probably fall into the boss or complex category anyway. The proposed change to make him display messages should only take about six lines of code maximum. Check the ROM map and try it yourself. Doesn't hurt to learn a little ASM.
Where can I find him, I already checked the Custom Sprites Section?

you insert it as block 300, for example, and make block 300 use the tilemaps fo the standard invisible block(tile 25)and make 301 like a cement one, for example

Hello, I want to request a Tottally CUSTOM sprite.
It is a Cannon (it faces daigonally up) that goes Back and Forth about 5 tiles and it shoots 3 Fireballs (they will come out 1 at a time)that will curve down. The Fire Ball is atleast 16x16 and has 2 animations. It uses Birdo's Fire animation.
Extra Bit 1: Faces left
Extra Bit 2: Faces Right

A simple request: an xkas patch that forces Mario to be riding Yoshi at the beginning of each level.
EDIT: figured out how to do it myself
Also: something that redirects the hit-while-on-yoshi event to the normal hit, and maybe even removes Mario's interatction field entirely? (or moving it down one block while on yoshi would work fine?)
EDIT: just realised removing the interaction field would completely break question block function... however, can it be moved 8 pixels forward?
PM with link if anyone does either...

I have a request. A thwomp that leaves a choice of two different Map16 Tiles, 1st tile on the left; 2nd tile on the right. (set the tiles yourself kind) and erases them when it goes back up.

theres already left and right thwomps that come with sprite tool, and in the custom sprites section there is one that goes up

You know what would be cool too see is the lightning lakitu from NSMB. you could probably modify it of of the lakitu from the game. and i believe there is a sprite sheet of it on MFGG. a 16-bit. No one has to do this but it would be cool if possible.

I know it exists somewhere, but I need some waterfall blocks. The quicksand blocks are just to,"sticky" to me. Thanks

waterfall block? just use the block in blocktool(the old one) that moves you down slowly.

I request a bandit sprite based off the Yoshi's Island bandit with two versions. They should stand still until mario comes close enough and then run towards him. (kinda like charging chuck, but without them pausing when they run at mario). Both should drain some of mario's coins when they touch him and knock him back a bit, but not hurt him. They should both try to follow mario. Both should run off cliffs. They should be immune to capes, fireballs and jumps (they can be jumped on, but it wont hurt them or you, you just bounce off), but a spin jump kills them. It'll need to be a 16x24.
Blue should be slightly faster than red (blue should run as fast as a running mario, red somewhere lower than that but faster than walking mario), blue should drain 20 coins, red 10.
I hope thats not too much, thanks in advance!
Edit: This is what I had in mind as far as appearance goes.
