Editing the Palette in YY-CHR won't do anything at all. <_< Do it in Lunar Magic.
You can add whatever you want... It's your</u></b> hack

Ehh... OK, I think I got it.

Edit: I changed color 06 in the palette to a greeny color but in YY-CHR it has the same color. Show this color up in the game?

There is an ecxeption.. If you enable Custom Palettes, you can have a different color for Mario during that level..

Meaning if you have levels already with a custom palette, and you change Mario's palette by Saving RGB's to the ROM, you'll need to go back, and fix up those Custom Palettes too.
Or just edit them in a level without a custom palette...
