This seemed like a rather interesting level. A bit too easy, but that's alright, as it likely won't stay in the same level spot. I want to point out a few things:

-I missed the flower in the area where you have to go inside a Bandit's House door by spawning it via Wing Cloud. How do you get it?
-Why is there no background in the first half of the level? It's pretty barren without a background.
-The area before where midring is... is kind of boring and repetitive. You might want to try spicing things up next time.

The level's got a nice gimmick, though you didn't really make it interesting enough. Overall, I give this level a 6/10. Could be better.

Hit the winged cloud from below, before you create the bridge.

First half of the level takes place at the top of a sublevel using the ocean BG2, and the BG3 layer is taken up by the fading foreground. If it's seen as enough of an issue we could always replace that background with something more vertical-scroll-friendly, or move some things into another sublevel, seeing as cramps-man hasn't used level A0.
Well guess quick fix regarding the test pipe removal.

And yeah, feel free to move things around to the A0 sublevel since I didn't use it. I'm not great in regards to visuals. As long as it doesn't look horrible, its fine for me harhar.

Do you mean the first mid-ring? Can you elaborate on what is boring and repetitive to you?

Also yeah, didn't really find ways to expand use of this without being slow or just confusing to figure out. Tried to have one bit with it at the end section but I thought the level would be too long with it in.
Finally got around to playing this, fun puzzly level, liked the egg arrows. Nothing that bad stood out to me other than giving it a facelift in some areas.

He gave you the go ahead but he didn't send you the version of the level we had from our repository to work from? That's annoying. (I made changes to it like moving the first part of the stage down so that the BG would display, changing the palette and crimping the top of the screens so there weren't scroll stoppers everywhere wasting ROM space)

Anyway, not sure I really like this new second section. It feels pretty empty and the terrain is really choppy and hard to move through. What's your reasoning behind redesigning it?

I also don't like that there's a point of no return at the end of it that didn't seem obvious at all. It's just barely too high to jump back up, and from the look of the area just before the drop I thought that going up would be the way to progress.
