Tip: Use this patch to fix the bug where editing the upper right 8x8 tile of the sideways walking Koopa Troopa in GFX01 makes the coin sparkles look glitchy. Not logged in.

Description: A Simple Tool to add and remove SMC-headers from ROM files,
containing a gui version, a command line tool,
as well as a script to easily compile it

instructions as well as install notes are contained,
please make sure to read the readme !

Update v1.1:

fixed GUI for smaller size displays,
as well as adding some basic file checks to the command line
While it's cool to see a tool for Linux, heh? -- Unfortunately it's too simple to be accepted. We already previously removed similar tools that removes or adds header from a ROM. Usually you don't need to care about headers, and in case you may want to, you can easily add or remove one though a hex-editor and (if I'm not mistaken) by using Linux bash commands too. Plus, SNEStuff v1.2.1 includes a add/remove header function too, so pretty much there's no reason to we host any header tool at all.
