I am yoshi9429 enjoying Lunar Magic and Touhou Danmakufu ph3 and RPG Maker MV.
This looks nice and pretty well put together. It's hard to say from short video segments, but it seems like you've got some interesting level designs in there.

There's one detail that concerns me, but that may be because I favor more vanilla hacks:

It looks to me like every stage has many different custom sprites. I can see how that can be good for variety, but I'm concerned about it causing a potential lack of cohesion, to where it will feel like the hack will not feel so much like one game, but rather a series of disparate levels all thrown together.

It also leads to, at times, a feeling of 'using custom graphics for the sake of custom graphics', and to various graphics style mixing, sometimes in a way that clashes. (Most of your levels look fine, but I feel like you need to take another look at the color scheme for Good and Bad City. It's a bit heavy on green and, with the trees in the background, the chains can be hard to make out at times.

All in all, though, this looks like it's going well, and I urge you to keep going.

Good work!
