Not too bad, but I would say it more resembles the battle style of Marchin' Milde, unless that's what you meant.

That's basically what I meant as the battle style of the Marchin' Milde boss

My hack doesn't have ground pound so spin jump replaces it

So, I made this between today and last night. Essentially, I made it possible to have 8 Switch Palace-like things. The sprite itself changes it's palette depending on the current level (in $13BF format), and activates a certain bit of a certain byte of RAM. The blocks are made through Objectool, and require 8 slots, although they all share the same code, they just point to the same code.
This was mostly to see how difficult it'd be to have more than 4 Switch Palaces with only 1 byte of RAM, instead of 4 like SMW does originally. I'll release it maybe soon.

Wow. This can really improve the mission aspect of hacks. Good job Sonikku. I really like this idea.
I just uploaded a video of a new sprite myself. This is the Giant Bony Beetle sprite. It's about 95% done. This is the Giant Bony Beetle sprite (this is not a boss so ignore that I'm using the boss music). Like its smaller counterparts, the Giant Bony Beetle sprite walks back and forth, then stop and stick out spikes. If its spikes are up Mario will get hurt no matter what. The difference is Mario must spin jump on them in order for them to crumble as jumping on them has no effect. The only issue is fixing the graphics when it is crumbled (first time I've worked with 64X32 sprites)

Now it's close enough. I wanted this when I liked SMB3 style much more than now. Anyway, I wanna know: Was it just like a mess? Or it was pretty easy?

Those rotodiscs are much more useful. Good job. By the way I fixed the Giant Bony Beetle. Check my youtube page and look at Mega Goomba's fort

Close to the latter I guess. What I pretty much did was just add some tile-follower code or whatever you call it. The same thing that was used with firechomp and some other sprites.

That rotodisc looks pretty fancy, much like what Imamelia did, cept we never saw a video of it, but a screenshot was well enough.
Say, does that work with Romi's sprite tool and do you plan on releasing that?

Yes, also i haven't really thought of submitting, since i just kinda do random spritings out of boredom these days. If i were to be asked for the sprite though, i'd just send it whatsoever.

That's definitely cool. I might find use for that Roto-disk myself. I'll send you my e-mail via a PM

No, it's not a rip off of a SMWCP2 one
This took me only a while, and it was pretty easy. I though I'll need to hijack death routine, but I did this with levelASMtool in about a hour with Kipernal's help.
Also there's a limitation. I can use only MISC folder songs for death themes.

Good job Luigi370. That could be useful for some hacks, especially if you're trying to make something along the lines of DKC2 or 3.
I did some more work on the Giant Bony Beetle. Now it uses the extra bit, which determines whether or not it stays on ledges. If the extra bit is set, it will stay on ledges. As you can see, I also fixed the object clipping to 0E instead of 00.

Wow, I must say, that hack has an impressive set of ASM hacks! Nice name select, and the bosses look quite challenging, although, not impossible without slowdown or savestates. Just the way I like it! Well done.
Though, I must warn you. Posting such impressive work on here is probably going to get your PM Box spammed like crazy. You'll be covered in requests for bosses and other ASM related things. Hell, even I want someone to make me bosses.
Just a heads up. But again, good work.
