File Name: SMB1 Elevators
Submitted: 2017-03-16 05:32:46 AM by Mandew
Authors: Mandew
Tool: PIXI
Type: Standard
Dynamic: No
Disassembly: No
Includes GFX: No
Description: The Elevators found in many places in Super Mario Bros. 1 and The Lost Levels, such as the ones near the end of 1-2.

Includes a Small and a Large version.

Use the Extra Bits to determine whether or not it should down (2) or up (3).

You may also change the Extra Property Byte 2 (the last one in the .cfg file - says "10" by default) to modify the elevator's speed.

We require PIXI sprites to be SA-1 compatible using the tool's built in defines. This rule was added after you submitted this, however we would like to have all PIXI sprites be SA-1 compatible.
File Name: Balloon Gliders

Obsoletes: Balloon Gliders
Authors: Mandew
Tool: PIXI
Type: Standard
Dynamic: No
Disassembly: No
Includes GFX: Yes
Description: Update March 15th 2017: A version of the sprite optimized for PIXI is now available. The Romi's SpriteTool version is still included for legacy reasons.

Balloon Gliders will latch onto Mario and allow him to glide until the next time he jumps or Spin Jumps.

Included are two different functionings depending on the Extra bit. If clear, the Glider will have one balloon and make Mario glide downwards. If set, the glider will have 3 balloons and make Mario glide upwards.

This bug-fix also includes new features like an improved acceleration curve and the ability of going past the upwards speed limit (in case of springboard, note blocks, bouncing off enemies, etc).
Same as above.
File Name: Grey Falling Platform... with more options

Tool: PIXI
Type: Standard
Dynamic: No
Disassembly: No
Includes GFX: No
Description: A recoding of the grey falling platform from Super Mario World to be inserted with PIXI.

Includes a few more options. Set the Extra Bit to 3 to make it fall upwards. Its maximum falling speed can be set using Extra Property Byte 2 (in the .cfg file) and it also includes a .cfg file that will make it 2-tiles wide, and another .cfg file that will make it 3-tiles wide, instead of 4-tiles wide.

Also included is a .cfg file that makes it into a Brown Platform that flies left until Mario steps on it - think Level 1-4 from Super Mario Bros. 3.

A huge thanks to NesQuick Bunny for having disassembled the sprite from the vanilla game in the distant past.
Same as above.

(Sorry about this, your sprites are great, but it took some time to set up the guidelines for PIXI sprites. If you need any help in converting these, let me know.)
