Mode 7 Palettes (Solved)

Over the past few days, I've been learning about how Mode 7 levels work in SMW. I know that certain elements of the level are hardcoded to certain palettes. For example, the lava in Morton's fight is hardcoded to FG palette 7. Is there some code that can change which palette these elements use? For example, make the lava use FG palette 1.

Moreover, is it possible to use UberASM to assign different palettes to the same element in different Mode 7 levels? For example, keep FG palette 7 for the lava in the Reznor fight while using a different FG palette for the lava in the Morton fight.
