You can make it sound a lot closer yes but you're likely to run into memory issues, the dreaded
ARAM limitations as we call it. The song in question appears to use many instruments which will take up space. You have 64kb but realistically it's closer to around 44kb with SMW sounds?
Lastly the SNES has no true reverb, it's faked using echoing. If the reverb used has a large enough predelay the SNES can get "close" but the 8-tap FIR Filters can only do so much. for each 16ms of delay there is 2kb cost associated. So a typical "hall reverb" would likely cost about 8kb.
Conclusion: It'll sound only as good as your effort. Generally speaking you can easily produce music well into the N64's comfort zone but it becomes increasingly difficult on the high end. Orchestral samples use up quite a bit of space and this
unreleased title is
full of them. How far you get is somewhat dependent on your music genre.
