GPS Problem

Alrighty so I made a custom block with Blockreator and it should be affected by an ON/OFF switch. I used GPS and put the object in the blocks folder and in the list.txt file. I set the number in the list.txt file to 201 (as you can see below).

However, when I went onto Lunar Magic and opened up the ROM, then went to number 201 on Map16, and insterted it, there was nothing there.

I am a beginner at GPS btw.

That list is only for object behavior, not how they look. Add it to your level and see how it acts. Then edit it from within LM.

It looks kinda glitched, but I tested it and when the switch was ON the block was solid and when it was OFF it was also solid.

We'll need to inspect the block's code to help you further
The most likely solution is that you didn't set the act like number of your block to 25.
Try that and if that doesn't work you need to show your code.

The block works now. But how do I change how it looks so players know that it is affected by the switch

ExAnimation of the map16 tiles.
This is a very good tutorial, the things you need should all be in part 3.

There is an ExAnimation tutorial, though it doesn't explain triggers which is important here (allows easier control for ExAnimations).
It isn't difficult to set up triggers, though, because all you need to do is to chose the correct kind of trigger (here On/Off) and create a second set of animations in the same animation slot.

Edit: Ninja'd, though I also briefly explained the triggers (which aren't in the tutorial).
i think I accidentally clicked the ninja option when posting, what does that even do
