You can now search the userlist by score, effectively creating a "high score" chart. Link.
You can also expect the promised score rewards to be implemented soon, starting with the trophies. Remember, reviewing hacks in the moderation forum can help boost your score, so if you want to help out aspiring hackers and give yourself a bit of a reputation while you're at it, that's an excellent route to take!
I won't be surprised if I'm beaten soon though, since I'm kinda slow on reviews, and with all of those badges... I don't doubt that many people will get into reviewing like crazy. :P
Also I just noticed trophies are ordered in some kind of list way in people's profiles. SNN's profile doesn't look as insane for example, just really tall.
