Tip: If your level contains elements that temporarily change the music to a global song (such as a P-Switch or a Star), that music will not stop playing after the intended end time if the music bypass setting is set to 00.

Question:How do I change the title screen level?
Answer:You can edit Level C7.
Question:How do I change how Mario moves on the title screen?
Answer:You will need Snes9x save states for this. No others work!
  1. Make a new demo level in Level C7
  2. Save your demo level as Level C7, as well as to another level that is accessible from the overworld (Levels 1-24 and 101-13B)
  3. Put that level on the overworld and have Mario start there
  4. In the Overworld Editor, go to File > Title Screen > Install Title Moves Recording ASM... and click on OK
  5. Run Snes9x and enter the demo level. Play exactly how you want Mario to move on the title screen
  6. Make a save state when you finish
  7. In the Overworld Editor, go to File > Title Screen > Install Modes Playback ASM & Data
  8. Choose the save state you just made and test it
  9. If you're satisfied, then in the Overworld Editor, go to File > Title Screen > Uninstall Title Moves Recording ASM to finish
Question:Why shouldn't I die in the title screen?

Answer:Apply this Asar patch.
