I know how to change a background a little bit with lunar magic, but not much. For example, I can copy and paste a cloud in level 105. Is there any way to use a custom background?

Storyline: It's late at night and mario and peach are watching shooting stars fall. They both make a wish. meanwhile, bowser makes an evil wish. These are special stars, their wishes willcome true on the island of wishes. Mario goes with peach to the island of wishes to see if their wishes have come true, but peach dissapears in a a bunch of shadowy clouds. It's time for mario to save wish island, the mushroom kingdom, and rescue princess peach.

I know a good hack when i see one.
I can help by Pointing out cutoff/bad palletes/etc. and i have only seen the overworld with peach's castle.

I tried using sprite paint to change the pallete used by sprite 70 (pokey) And this is how my GFX looked

Okay, that's the wrong pallete

But when I kill it, it has the right palette. So how do I change this?

I had a cool idea you might want to use, it's your choice. Well, since the sun hasn't finished setting, the land looks all orangy from the sunset, right? Well, when you beat the game, you could use special world palletes to make it look normal again. Like i said, just an idea, but a cool one at that

This is pretty good so far, no major mistakes. I'm guessing this will take after m&l3? It would make the fawfulliness make more sense. And dargo mines seriuosly reminds me of phazon mines. I hate phazon mines

Is it possible to have layer 2 lava scrolling up in a vertical level and a layer 2 bg at the same time? I've seen someone with layer 3 water and clouds before, so i don't think it'll be impossible, I just don't know how

I hate thinking of titles. I've got some cool stuff done, I made the goombas (mildes) stompable and I put in custom sprites too. It's not going to have much in the way of custom blocks but it does have SMB3 bricks. Custom music is pretty nice, so i put it in.
