Going around and collecting items is overdone and tirsome.

Here's my pitch for the semi edited/palette change horizontal dolphins.

For some reason the palette on the event level tiles have change. I have no idea how this could of happened and tried everything to fix it but no luck.
Does anyone know how to fix this or what might the reason be?


The right should be the correct palette while the left is the mess up one.

I started the hack with LM 1.7 but switch over to version 1.8. My original rom crash so i switch to another one and just copied the AllGFX file from the old rom and placed it in the new one.

Since my other horizantal Dolphins didn't generate much attention so i went and redrew them, but in a more dangerous way.

Not sure if they fit the style of the other sprites but its what i got so far.

Yeah i see how they wouldn't suit many peaceful water/grass levels.
Guess it's back to the drawing board, in this case the yy chr.

Finish with the Dolphin gfx but changed it to Penguins.

Fixed dolphin graphics and made a vertical dolphin.
Made the goggles white instead of orange, don't see why that was an issue, and re-shaded the whole dolphin.

Better? Worse?

Go to level C5 or C7 I believe an edit it. To change the sfx to music you have to make a hex edit.

Prizes are a plus but for me just people playing my level and getting a decent score will suffice .

This is what i drew for the factory levels. Still not Finish with the BG, looks way to simple and not as shaded, but the FG is kind done.

yeah like pikerchu13 said they're supposed to be windows with a kind of sunset red light coming through, notice how some are shattered...so yeah thats why the bg still needs some work. I'll work on then when i have the time.

@ChaoticFox: I just can't escape from cut off#w{:<} I'm pretty sure it's innate.

I really like Dusks grass land but i think that the Xs on the dirt tiles could be lighter. As for the Temple one i can't tell the whether vertical columns are passable or solid.

I was shooting for a "starry night" by Gogh type of water reflection and a more semi-realistic fair on a pier.





I doubt it can be use anywhere in the hack but is was fun drawing it.

Yeah the reason its not snes graphic quality is because i wanted a 2-d view with no depth...also ran out of palette space to shade anything properly.

Is the Pier and water okay and its the fair that needs work? Or everything.
