It's there to warn Mario of the colony of parasitic clowns lurking in the depths of Circus Switch Palace. It's like Aliens, but with clowns.

The level looks pretty good. The palettes and scenery are pleasing to the eye and the background shenanigans are really interesting.

I don't like it because the muncher graphic looks weird and also the Koopa Graphics looks weird. And When the muncher is small and when it jumps it also looks weird.#w{=3}

Get a thesaurus

I don't know what the koopas are supposed to be, but they're not that bad, neither are the muncher graphics.

Personally I think this looks really cool so far.

Well...I think it is weird! #smw{>:|}

That's kind of the point. What do you think this is, the Mushroom Kingdom?

Skiing down a volcano! At least there aren't any yetis chasing after you.

That thing is adorable and reminds me of Yoshi's Island. Good work!

Personally I think the lava should be orange rather than red. Right now it kind of hurts my eyes and also looks a bit like kool-aid.

I love that foreground palette, but the background could probably be made slightly darker to make those platforms stand out a bit more.

Looks pretty good from what you've shown off so far. That mix of snow, cave and ghost house tiles is neat and line guide levels tend to be pretty interesting.

Oh hey that's pretty cool! I don't think I've seen POW switches used like this; now I'm curious as to how you pulled it off.

Minor nitpick: the skull pattern between the second and third urchins doesn't have a torpedo ted under it while all the other ones do. I'd recommend using a different decoration in its place (while keeping the skulls that do have torpedoes of course!)

@superbot12 - Looks okay from what can be seen. Definitely looks like SMW if it was on the gameboy.

Anyways

We're in submarine town now! Except it's not a submarine but it could work for that purpose regardless.

What lurks at the bottom of this mysterious ocean?
