I've finished everything up to World 3 (including the secret levels) and I would have to say, this isn't nearly as tough as I expected, even if it is tough. Also, I have (and will never) use savestates, so, I'll see if the later levels really are so tough you need savestates and report.

EDIT: I compacted this. By the way, I noticed Countdown, Ding-a-Ling, Exor, King Calimari, Mega Slimax, Slimax, Smelter, Factory Chief, Czar Dragon and Zombone weren't here along with the Corkpedite, Blaster, Stumpet, Pinwheel, Pandorite, Leuko, Mokura, Jawful, Artichoker, Fausto, Carribocis and Blooper.
The only enemy you repeated was the Goombette (Goomba). Perhaps, it would be better to have it go by post. Then it could also have the entire family. I'll try to make the other enemies if you can edit the image system.

General stratagies:
In order to get info from someone other than the sherif you must make a random kill in the first round. Otherwise you're more likely to lose multiple people anyway.
Sucpistion is when they actually show signs of wanting to confuse you.
It isn't:
Going with the flow: If it's already there then why would only the mafia join in?
Thinking outside the box: If they are the sherif or if they don't want to be caught with the other thing then why shouldn't they?
Not killing a non-first phase: You should have enough info that not killing could be beneficial.

Remember this? Voting no-kill does nothing but let them kill us off. Waiting around for the sherif will do nothing. I choose Ramon because he admitted that he's the godfather.

Well then I would vote for you, because you are using the number 1 way of losing, should you be a citizen. If you accuse somebody of being mafia, because they accuse someone else of being mafia, because they are trying to figure out who it might be. This is why Lucario was always killed. People would use stupid tactics to find somebody to kill. By the way, if you think that it is improbable for such to happen, think again. The chance is 1 in 15 because such events are imdependant.
Here's the reason why you can't vote no-kill:
If you don't then the citizen to mafia ratio becomes 4 to 10. The sherif has a 4 out of 10 chance of getting a mafia member. In the next round, he has a 4 out of 9, but the numbers drop even more. Should he find someone, he can't reveal himself. If you vote to kill someone, then you have it drop to either 4 vs. 10 or 3 vs. 11. In the night, it becomes either, 4 vs. 9 or 3 vs. 10. However, the sherif isn't revealed.
By the way, do you honestly think that somebody who isn't in the mafia, would say that they are the Godfather? Only if he was frustrated would he post that.

I think it's a bit too short, should you know the correct path. I do agree with Mission_316 when it comes to the goal tape. Also, I would recommend the used blocks to be gates instead. The water seemed to... open. Perhaps, you could at least make it seem like leaks instead. The cells don't seem right. You could at least show that the gates are there. Also, you might want to have diffent inmates. Perhaps you could have one that's gotten free and Chargin' Chucks escorting him back to his cell, or do you know enough to do that, even if it's in a different layer? Perhaps, for the next level, you should have a Chargin' Chuck generator at the front, so it acts like they're guards chasing after you.

I hate the free parking rule, so I'll pass. Other rules that aren't offical are the 7 to get out of jail (It's supposed to be doubles), unlimited houses and hotels (no it wasn't just so they could be cheep or something), snake eyes aren't the only doubles that net you a second roll, the lack of the ability to collect money and trade, while in jail and the lack of 3 doubles in a row neting you a nice $50 speeding ticket along with a trip to jail, just in case you didn't know all of them.
