Yay for dust clouds!
This looks excellent except that those coin blocks stand out too much.... When someone could see them, they would stick out like a sore thumb....

EDIT: In response to grishnax, I'd have to say that then it isn't fun, because you can see yourself the entire time.... Also, does it make any sense that dust clouds would be transparent? Then again... a swimming cactus doesn't either....

Anyway, I got an idea! I want to learn how to make sprites and I don't exactly have any sprites to make for SatGR (yet), so maybe I could help make them for you!
That sprite looks a lot like a shrunken version of the PM:TTYD version! It looks much better than Captain Goomba! You could of course actually shrink them to save time....

This looks pretty good. I have 2 gripes though....
1) The maple tree is partially cut-off. You might want to move everything up one space so you can put in the end so it looks more natural.
2) I've always viewed the message boxes as writing, like the message box in Yoshi' House.... Also, why would Bowser Jr. keep that if he could make a new one? It seems a bit... odd....

EDIT: I thought of the idea for a Mario Kart themed hack myself. Anyway, I think I know what the final world is....
1) The "leaves" that are coming out from the branch are cut-off so they don't look right.... They need to have an ending, not just... end.... Also, Sind will attack you on Grumble Volcano. Watch out!

Just make the head have an ON/OFF block for a head and put it where the statue breaths fire. In BTSD, make the sprites react on the left and right but nothing else....

EDIT: Wait... that will do the reverse.... Could you make it have the opposite graphics?
