Hey guys! My kaizo hacking skills are building up, so to get into practice, I decided to make these two shell abusing hacks, and wanted to TAS them myself, and changed a lot of things in both of them. The first one is simply just shell jumps, for intermediate kaizo players.
The second one, on the other hand, is very hard. Although no walljumps are required in both, they can still be difficult. Anyway, the second shell abuse took me over 2,000 re-records to do it, and it's not that long. What gets you is the multiple shelljumps with one shell and the precision jumps, which I hate but I put them in there just to make it hard. Also in the second one is a changed title screen, and ExGFX, for the sideways skulls and the square ones, and for the sideways munchers. I give credit to TheFinalBoss726 for the multiple shell jumping idea. Thank you all for inspiring me to make this, and if you want to test you're shell skills, download these hacks Here (They are in one folder).

I was so excited to post my first kaizo hacks of shell abuse 1 and 2, so I decided to post one of my older pit hacks.
Room 1:Random glitches, keyhole sprite appears for music block(IDK why)
Room 2:Tower of the forest, requires great height reaching
Room 3:Castle, yellow koopa required to complete the level, although it can be broken.
Room 4:puzzle stage(sort of)
Room 5:Keyjumping stage; not very long
Room 6:Flying stage
Room 7:Shelljumping stage
Room 8:Walljumping stage, not too many required in this hack
Room 9:Remix of the level Funky; hardest of all the other 8 stages

This is my first hack that I played around using custom music.
It's pretty much a fun kaizo!!!

Daizo, my hack had no difficulties in inserting custom music and I went through a lot of songs before picking what I like, and I'd be happy to share my hacks through media fire or other file sharing website instead.
Megaupload has been closed because of copyright issues

Here's the link to it if you want to download it through mediafire:

Ya but I can store up to 200 MB of space in my mediaFire

Thanks!
I checked and I'll have to post more of my pit hacks. (I just got an account on Youtube)
I am slowly getting better, although I don't like spending an entire hack on one walljump, which is why I usually don't include many if not none. Living on the edge could of actually of been made harder if TheFinalBoss726 would've not shown the block boundaries, like you can easily see on the grey cement blocks. I attempted the hack, but I guess I am just not that insane. NO WAY would I spend two months on one hack, that's not very long in the end, like three minutes or so...
I made this hack to base it on what I like most: shelljumping

Wow, talk about an unfun rom. That makes living on the edge look like the icing on the cake.
I got bored so I am TASing Item Abuse again.
I have a question. How do you make it appear as if mario is swimming backwards or forwards with a key behind him?
Also, are there any tricks to walljumping? If so, I wanna know. Like for mario's x-speed do you hold down different combinations of buttons for one-sided and two-sided walljumps for different frames?

I'm quite suprised no one has TASed your Glitch Abuse 2
I got to the end of the first stage, and then quit cause It was too hard
But I think you need to fix your level because even though it's meant for you not to be able to fly above the screen, I managed to, and flew with yoshi the whole stage until the duplication of the yoshi coin. Luckily you thought about that already and I saw that you edited the flying yoshi level so that you die if you try to duplicate the block duplicated into the yoshi coin for wings.

Hooray for Jay-
Ya but there are HUGE breaks I found and decided to keep them in there
Room 1-When you get Yoshi you springboard glitch to keep him and the springboard and then jump above the screen, get maximum speed (47,48,49)
and jump over to the next hurt platform
Swallow the blue shell, and you've broken the whole thing
Room 2-In the previous room, carry the shell on yoshi to successfully bring it and yoshi through the pipe. You've now broken room 2a.
Room 3-keep a shell from the question block and swallow it and shell jump above the screen. If you did the previous break, then layer 2 will appear, you can disable it with a number button for snes9x(I forget) And then all of that work for the yellow koopa is gone, just use yoshi through it like item abuse.

I am unaware of any other BIG breaks. If you find something else, tell me. Feel free to TAS this and put it on Youtube.

Actually, once you get the mushroom, you are supposed to go above what you are pointing at, because if you go to the bottom, you are supposed to do the smallest spin jumps (three spaces) and then waste the shell when you are supposed to have it when jumping off of the enemies.

EDIT:
If you feel like breaking the whole thing, I posted a vid on youtube showing how far I broke it to. Here's the link:

Hello I created this thread for anyone who can help me make walljumping easier. Any button combinations would help. I already know that when doing one-sided walljumping, you hold down B+Y+Left/Right til Mario gets a speed of 229 and then turn around, and the minimum speed you have to have for it is 33, but it seems that I have gotten an urge to include more of it in my hacks. Please Help!

Another thing...
I know that corner clipping on the right side of the block is easy because when mario is "in" a block or blocks he'll slide to the left

How do you corner clip to the left and go through a block?

And, responding to GbreezeSunset, in your freerun of item abuse, how do you get shoved through a wall when clipping it by a ceiling? I looked it up, but it just showed SMB3 and SMB1 tutorials

GbreezeSunset who did the preview then if you haven't successfully TASed it? I saw it on Youtube

I finally figured out the trick to walljumping... and it's pretty easy if you get the hang of it. If you know how to throw an item through a block, you know that you have to go a couple pixels inside the block to do it, well that's pretty much what you do, except by a block boundary, and that's how mario "catches" the wall.

Here's the problem I'm having with going through the wall on Item abuse

Once I get there and jump, Mario slides back to the right

Panga I heard you had the fastest Item Abuse time but I couldn't find it on youtube. Could you give me a link?

Oh and ya, you can also give a tutorial on duplicating a turn block on the ground. I already know how to do it but it might be good info to know for "beginner duplicators"

EDIT: This is the tutorial from tasvideos on how to duplicate a block away from it:
A variant: Duplication away from blocks. When we cannot get close to a block, certain conditions allow us to duplicate a block to the side by throwing an item upwards. After throwing up an item, its y velocity moves in the sequence: -112 -109 -106 -103 -100 -97 -94, so there remains only 7 frames in which it can go into the block by 7 pixels after it gets thrown. The following table shows when you should throw up an item to get block duplication; distance means “how far an item is from the block”, and subpixel “subpixel of the item”.

Distance 0, 7, 13, 14, 20, 26, 27, 33
Subpixel 00-F0, 00-C0, D0-F0, 00-60, 70-D0, E0-F0, 00-10, 20

Each distance is located the same number across as its subpixel, in case you didn't know

CRITICAL INFO;
This is the RAM Address for mario's vetical subpixel:
7E13DC

It took me what seemed like forever, but I finally figured out Item Swap on my own! Nathan's videos helped though, like getting yoshi's glitched graphics when sticking his tongue out and getting a powerup at the same time. I although do not fully understand creating your own items, like shown in kaizoman's tas of getting the secret exit in funky. I do know how to create your own keyhole but how did he spawn the enemy for it?

Looks like the difficulty of the original kaizo... I like the SMB1 ExGFX

I wouldn't really call it annoying though, maybe you could go just below pit difficulty, but that may just be me. You could throw in some midair shelljumps or duplication of blocks but for now, I would call it a beginner kaizo

EDIT!

The last advice I gave wasn't so great, so I've found a different solution that works with the AVI file created. Just convert it to a different file type (doesn't matter which one) and you're solution is solved. It'll upload it to youtube normally in like 1 minute instead of a day OR TWO

I got to the end of the room 1
How do you get in the door?

--------------------
Your layout has been removed.
Walljumping takes place between a block boundary (16 pixels) and mario has to "go" into the block at least one pixel to "catch" the wall on a block boundary. I created this thread for tricks to make it easier, not how to do it.

Going through the wall a pixel is also the key to throw any item through a block or into a group of blocks.

When at a faster speed, it makes it easier to catch the wall, because mario goes into the wall a couple more pixels than regular speed. At regular speed, 36 is good for going into the block a pixel, and under some conditions, 37 is exellent, because mario goes into it one or two more pixels, making you able to catch the wall 3 or 2 pixels before the block boundary. 48 is a good ideal speed for sprint catching.

EDIT:Here's a picture where mario is jumping off of a wall (my tas currently of Super Puzzle Project 4)

Notice that if you go into LM that this is the boundary of the blocks where mario jumps off of them.
