A patch xkas that we can édit mario
and luigi separate Gfx.

That's the graphics, not the palette.

Do you mean the palettes itself or by editing the palette it uses, because I want to know if it's possible by any way to change what M/L's pal. uses?

If you don't want to edit the GFX at all, then you are out of luck. Constantly storing +1 to the Y position would mean Mario wouldn't interact with the ground. So you would have to rewrite the downward collision detection, just to begin with. It's much easier just to try to move the tiles up one.

downward collision detection?

Basically, it's too hard. Don't try. Just move the GFX up one pixel.

Man! That means my Raccoon Luigi is stuck to the ground forever!

P.S. Please add the ending bold tags.

Here is my problem with Luigi. Is there an xkas patch of this?

Whatever, I was just wanting to know if it is possible. I don't care if this gets closed now.

Good sir, we have just told you what is necessary to fix that bug. Please do not ask for alternatives, as there are none.

O.k. o.k. I was just putting out my problem with luigi for notice.

It takes only about 20-40 minutes of work, which I assume you can handle.

I could handle anything!

Oh yeah! I did that before, and it looked horrible. I just did it. So, I'm just leaving it as is, unless someone begs to differ?

My new video:

Might have some glitches and non asm edit. Note: I didn't patch anything to it and this is not my official hack, it was a movie test/what's coming in my hack.

If you're just showing of the GFX, uhm... It's just level 105 with SMB3 Graphics. It's not that impressive. *points to Anikiti's hcaks & Pac's remakes*

Don't you read the title of this forum?! It says: SMW SMB.3 Style Hack. That means that this hack is very similar to pack's hack, but there's asm editing; my own enemy graphics; my own levels; custom sprites; custom blocks; different palettes than his; my own over world/sub maps; and separate luigi graphics. Stop saying anything about Pac's graphics hack! You're just making me mad. Also, I don't have 3 walking frames for small Mario, like what Pac has for all of his hacks.

when s this hack go ing to be on the site for download?

Not for a while since I'm trying to get organized.

What do you mean?

I have graphics for Mario and Luigi on Yoshi both 3 frames in my hack, not made by me, but by Pac. When I saw his in progress hack on his site I saw his graphics on Yoshi graphics for Mario and Luigi, then I thought to myself and said those were the best looking graphics for Mario and Luigi. So, I want Pac to know what my graphics look like. I wonder if it's ok for pac.

If only Mario and Luigi were able to walk using 4 frames like in the original SMB3

I could do that, but it would replace looking up frame and I have to delete looking up frame some how.

Anyway, link13, those are some nice levels, but I think I saw a wrong tile set volcano lotus in there. Please do fix that.
Thats the Lava Lotus from SMB. 3

You're right.
I had this idea before and I think it will never pull through.

Are you making a exact replica of SM64, like the bosses, but 2D?
I'm tired of asking and should stop asking but I will anyway. Are you using sprite tool 1.35(bad), 1.39(o.k.), and 1.40(I guess better)?
