It's really nice, but not really that hard. Also, it's easily broken with walljumping. You might want to add death blocks in place of some cement blocks at places meant for shelljumping.
Either way, I am trying to TAS this hack currently.

I have TASed this.

Anyway, this hack is really cool, and creepy.
Especially when you complete the level and it's just blackness.

Looks like good level design here, the second picture's level's palette is too bright for me though.
How many levels will it have?

I did a TAS.
I kinda broke it as well.

"Yesterday" seems like very unfitting music.
Other than that, awesome. I don't think I'll be able to TAS it for a long time, though.

Currently this laptop I'm using now. It's two or three years old.

hahaha I got a C.

Lol, I played it, and beat it in 2 minutes without savestates.
Best hack ever.

This is a pretty good hack. The only problems:

-There are a bit too many shelljumps in this hack. Try to spice it up a bit, like some tricks involving items or something.
-There are many parts in the hack where jumping is too precise, such as the intro, where you have just a three-tile space to jump and a muncher is up ahead, and THIS part:

-The second level's background palette.

The overworld is really nice, though, and the hack has lots of potential. Keep going! #smw{:TUP:}

I'd probably pick yellow or violet.
Violet because I have some mobile devices that I CONSTANTLY lose, like my phone.
Yellow because even though it takes knowledge to learn some machines, controlling them would be pretty cool once you get the hang of it.

I agree with Archie; that palette sstill doesn't look too good. Here are a few of my ideas for one:

You could try to use colors very similar to each other as you go down the line. To get what I'm talking about, here's an example.

See how each color is very similar to each other, and as you move from left to right, each color gets only a little bit lighter? You could try to base a palette off of that.
Other than that palette, hack's still good. I'll TAS it when it's done. Keep working on it!! #w{=D}

This hack looks really cool so far. I'll make a TAS of the first three levels, do you want me to upload it? I'll make a TAS of the complete hack when it's done.

Did you install a no-walljump patch? There are many places I see in the first level alone that can be broken by a walljump.

Ok, I have applied some patches that prevent walljumps and block duplication. Sorry for those eager for that.#smw{-_-}

The TAS is almost done. I figured out most of the levels' solutions, the levels are also really neat. I also didn't walljump or duplicate any blocks as well, to give it a fair chance.

The TAS is done! Sorry for having you wait so long...

If you mean 2:26 in the video, I think you should extend it.

I would like to have two songs ported.

Earthworm Jim SNES - New Junk City
MIDI
Video
(For this song, the tempo on the MIDI isn't quite the tempo of the song, so is that fixable to get the MIDI the same speed as the song? Also, you can remove any of the echoing tracks.)

Earthworm Jim SNES - The Queen's Lair
MIDI
Video

I would like both to be sampled to sound like the SNES versions, but I don't know anything about samples, so if it's too difficult to be sampled, then you don't have to sample them. I would also like them done for Addmusic405, and if there are samples, I'd like them done in .bnk format.
Thanks.

Does anyone know the title of the music to Pressure Point in A Super Mario Thing?
And if you have a .txt download or SPC download, can I please have a download of that?
This video contains the music of the level (it starts at around 0:16)

I've been TASing Walljump Abuse and having trouble with a part similar to this. I can't seem to get past it. I'm supposed to walljump in a two-tiled space, but I can't get past that part. I will be coming in from the right into the left wall.

This is an image of a practice level I came up with to practice my two-tile walljumps, and I couldn't even get past that.

Can somebody please help?

Thanks for the tutorial, I already knew how to walljump, but it doesn't cover what I need. Thanks anyway! #smw{:TUP:}

Thanks for the help! I will try this method. The hack is really difficult, I've been working on the SMV for forever.

Thanks! I will look at this blog, because the only way I can ever wallcatch is by chance for me.

I haven't really seen much of your new hack, but I'll try to make a TAS (can't promise anything though, especially if it's a puzzle...)

also, is there a walljump fix patch in the hack? or any other patches??
