This hack would have been much sicker if you were the abusive dad and at the end you see a realist pic of a dead little girl. or maybe you are the cops? But maybe somebody needs to do something else creepy with Mario games.
I have a good idea for recreating I HATE YOU as a hack.
If you really want it to stay 100% true to the story than I guess you could put it in a SMW Rom,but you would have to add a hint I guess.
1.for the long section, you could use some sort of ASM like Brutal Mario maybe when the level just loops. And after some point, it warps you to the next sceen.
2. The part with the slippery blood would be easy. Just bulid it with tiles. The top part (bloody part) could be slippery.
3. Since this level is made to be impossible, I would say that I would add a new item or something. I would not make the level when the player can't die. That would not be fun.(Or you could take away that first bill.)
4.This level does not add many enemies to the level, so maybe you would want to add more.The twomps would be easy. You could just get them on SMWCentral and edit the GFX.
5.The big boos GFX would have to be change. So you would have to make a sprite that look like that.
6The Luigi battle would have to use ASM. ASM may have to be use for the OW if possible. I really can't help you with GFX problems.
7.The I hate you and Why won't you die might can work with Custom sprites.

Brutal Mario is mostly dead. The "new demos" are fanmade. Carol is IDK. It is just dead. Although I guess we should not be that surprise that it died anyway. I mean, project like this never gets finish.
I am pretty sure we will never see Carol do something with hacking again.

Could be true ,but I doubt. I mean, it been from 2009 since a demo, and well everything stop. I don't think it would take that long for Brutal Mario (A rom hack) to be finish unless it was a game maker game or a game made in it own program.
Brutal Mario is a other exsample of a game that is lost in being a "loved by many and wanted by many ,but they will never get it" Most Fangame makers just don't have what it takes to finish a giant project it seems.
Brutal Mario is dead and it will never be release. I am surpiresd that people still make threads asking what happen to Brutal Mario. The new demos,RestL and Skill are fake. Yes, fake. Also what is happing to Carol,well, he sent me a email, this year, telling me he do not know the new demo. That all. It seems he don't give a damn what people do to his hack. So Brutal Mario is done. There has been no progress made since 2009, nor any updates on his hack since Cheap_Demo. Also who made the new demo, was mostly Apology who is WHODIDYOUTHINKITWAS who is also Areaofdoom,but we should not care if he makes fakes of BM. Carol do not Care ,so we should not care.
I am just saying that BM is dead and if you see a other version, it is fake. Carol seems to be out of the hacking scene and making money somewhere.
