If we did that, SMWC would go extinct within the month.

#introductions perhaps?

The idea sounds very complex and unnecessary for new users just wanting to introduce themselves.

If new people want to get noticed they need to participate in site activities, not just post a thread or whatever.

Of course, but the issue isn't about getting noticed, but rather feeling welcome to the site.

Or at the very least, link to the introductions thread under the "Welcome to SMW Central!" part on the main page.

I support this idea as a compromise if the introductions forum doesn't return. It would at least give the existing introductions thread more publicity.
I just hate some of the Brony fandom. Same goes with many popular things, where as most people (99%) are absolutely fine, but there's always a loud outspoken minority proclaiming anyone who doesn't agree with them has no taste.
Congratulations, both of you! I think you both deserved the accolades here today.
I'm interested in helping fix up some levels, if I'm allowed to do so. I, too, am interested in contributing to this project and don't want it to die.
I don't like the idea either.
For privacy reasons, I don't support the idea of regular users being able to view what pages other users are accessing. Even without the IP Addresses being visible, I still think online users should remain a staff-only feature.

I can't get this romhack to work on my snes9x at all

thanks

Why isn't it working? If you be more specific in your grievance, maybe we can help you with your query.
Committing crimes isn't very, ahem, nice.
The frequency of events is about right. The events themselves just need to be more varied; there's too many SMW Hacking contests that have the same formula (that is, create a cool vanilla/chocolate level).

My recommendations:
a) More unique SMW Hacking contests. The 24hour contests are a nice touch and are quite creative. The only problem with those is it can be difficult for some of us to get an entry together in time, due to time/work constraints.

b) Different events for those who do not hack regularly. I remember the VGM Guessing tournament a while ago that was fun to participate in. Maybe official gaming tournaments for various franchises could be held on some occasions?
Nice work! I've not seen any of the progress on this deliberately so I could play through it blind. I think this will be a fun hack to play through.

I've done about 40~ exits so far. It's pretty enjoyable for the most part, though some levels are pretty mediocre. My biggest complaint is similar to Masterlinks - some of the levels overstay their welcome by quite a margin.
Any hints for Variety Path's secret exit?

Any hints for this part of Cakewalk Cavern?
Oh, lol. I feel pretty dumb now.

Why not make a P-Switch appearing/disappearing blocks level. Like, in an underground. Ex. if you press a p-switch, the grey cement like blocks stay the same, while every visible block disappears and every invisible block appears. I couldn't find a block for that, but maybe it can be done with EX-animation.

That can be done with Exanimation.
Are we allowed to move secondary entrances around?
It was one of many hacks that urgently needed some muncher repellent. Munchers here, munchers there, munchers everywhere.

I'm going to guess 500. I've got better things to do than actually count them all but I know they were used regularly.

Well this guy also seems to be slacking off. He hasn't been seen in 5 years and has no posts. He luckly only seems to moderate one forum though...

Actually, couldn't Kieran strip all of the administrators of their powers and ban them? Supposedly, he has authoritarian powers here, so that seems possible.

Of course he can. Actually I'm pretty sure all other administrators could prolly do exactly the same thing (from the website, anyway. I don't think anyone except Kieran would have DB access)
