Not just the hacks, I'm talking about other stuff like graphics and sprites as well. Not everyone resubmits them.
I'm aware there's already two uploads of this on the site, but both have problems with them. Rystival-V92's is paired with a tileset I don't want to use and has a palette that relies on said tileset, and swunsh_'s only has the autumn color palette when I want the normal green one (changing the palette doesn't count as the background then looks inaccurate.)

Additionally, I'd like it if this only takes up the background/layer 3 palettes and the blank palette spaces, not replacing any colors. That's about all.
This wasn't something I was expecting to see this C3. Will be fun to mess around with.
