I'm trying to make a new addmusic software in visual basic

at the moment changing the level, overworld, and misc music uh if I knew how to take pictures of what I got at the moment I would send a pic

BUT theirs no rule in the book that said to no bother to try oh tempted it beside I just don't know how to do one thing and that is uploading the rom music data and your rude ness was not necessary
beside I'm TEMPTING to make an easy user program and I could do everything but I need to learn how to open the rom and how to load the data

programming roms must be pretty hard if nobody made a easy to use sprite asm tool for smw nor smw2.
