If you want to just replace the parts with parts from other characters already in the game, that can be done pretty quickly by replacing a few display list pointers in Mario's geo layout script. What character's parts were you thinking of using?

I'm not sure you'll find one very easily. I think just about everyone that's not a commercial n64 dev has done their display list editing using some unfinished documentation and a hex editor. You may have already seen it, but cpuhacka's thread here goes over most of the common microcode commands in sm64.

@niamek I second that, and the pink gems don't match very well with the environment.

And awesome work so far by the way, your cutscene system, custom animations, and unique asm work really turn the tables here. This is probably gonna be one of the best SM64 hacks ever made, if not the best.

Mariosan you should know where to make these kind of posts by now (the questions thread). And try to include more information with your post next time, ie what kind of changes you made to your rom right before opening it in TT64, so we can find out what the problem is. Saying "somone pls my rom is broken fix tt64 help" won't fix anything.
