glitched levels at all looks like the guy what made this try made something new the game have too glitched pallets and glitched overworld a funny thing is the last boss battle u can finish the game by finding a pipe in the first level you will go to the last bowsers castle room and u defeat ludwig

No, but really, what sprite are you having trouble with? I looked through the sprite section and didn't find any "sml stake" or "bunbun", whatever those are. If you post the code (pastebin pls) I assure you someone can help. In this case it would also help if you post the spritelist you're using with sprite tool.
