I haven't used xkas since asar came out, but I think you just copy cmd.exe to the xkas folder, run it and type xkas.exe to get going. Or you can use the batch file that comes with the program. how do i remove a asar patch i insert the one file one player and the one or 2 player only patch in title screen and when i try to insert one file one player patch to fix the start bug the game broke at the title

You must be aware that patches that does something similar as other patches (in this case, both modifies the title screen), are VERY likely to crash if they are patched in the same ROM.

I'd suggest to use Lunar Magic's restore function to fix your hack, that can be found in File -> Restore -> Restore ROM to previous state...

A window should open. In that window you must select a backup to restore the you hack, if LM was aware of asar/xkas/any tool modifying your ROM (those modifications appears as "External Program"), try restoring your ROM before that backup, if it doesn't appear, try to remember when did you patch the patches in your ROM and restore you ROM a backup before those. When you are ready hit "Ok" and your ROM should be fixed.

this no go restore all the rom i want remove 3 patchs and the problem is because i insert 2 patchs on the title screen and i insert agaun the one file one player patch and this glitch the title screen when i try to continue my progress

That's because the background is in Layer 3. It copies the palettes of the Layer 3's title screen. You may want to change the layer 3 palette, if you want the palettes to be normal.
