Hey there!
I've found an old level from me that was used to be a Grassland Level.
I changed the background, palettes and music and put it in a snow setting.
I hope you enjoy that really, really short 1-Level Hack.

Hey there everyone!
I found a nice tool on MFGG with which you can create your own NES Super Mario Bros styled Games. Not just "Episodes" like in SMBX. Whole GAMES. Like the original one.
I really like that tool and thought it would be a cool Idea to make a whole at least 8 Worlds long Mario game just like SMB.
If you like the Idea, I will post more informations about this project.
If there are interests add me on Skype:

Interesting. But what is the difference between this and an SMB ROM hack? Are there any major differences?
Or is this for making SMB games for PC? I didn't quite get it from the description.

It is a on Java based program which lets you create Games and export them as a .exe file and upload it for public.

Also is this a solo or Collab project?
I thought it could be some cool sort of Collab thing where everyone creates one or two levels and sends them to me for putting it into one big thing.
Thats why I wrote in that post that if someone is interested he could add
me on Skype. ;)

Alright, I see. At first I thought this would actually export NES ROMs.
That's indeed quite interesting. Is it very flexible, like Zelda Classic, or rather limited?

It isn't flexible like Zelda Classic and a bit limited. It is still in Beta. Maybe there will be more stuff to do in later versions...

I would like to request one, saying "Tob's SMW Hacks" and with This random Overworld as Background.
You can choose what things should be shown left/right on the userbar.

Sure thing, do you have a higher res version of the overworld though? This one is quite tiny and won't look good on the userbar.
I choose another pic:
But please do not choose the Area with the red highlighted thingy. I missed to put it away for the screenshot. Sorry!
I would like to have a double-sized Version of this Tileset.
If you have enough time, you can also half-size them. Would be nice, but not neccesairy. ;-)

Hey there! I made a ExGFX this night (I live in Germany) and wanted to upload it. I have got a .zip File and 3 Screenshots saved as .gifs.
But, no matter how often I try, SMWC always wont upload it because it isn't a .zip file and the screenshots are in the wrong format. I really need help!
